Open Outlook:
Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

Go to File:
Click on the "File" tab in the upper left corner of the Outlook window.

Open & Export:
In the File menu, select "Open & Export."

Import/Export Option:
Choose "Import/Export" to open the Import and Export Wizard.

Select 'Import from another program or file':
Choose "Import from another program or file" and click "Next."

Select 'Outlook Data File (.pst)':
Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next."

Browse for MSG Files:
Click on "Browse" to select the MSG file you want to import.

Set Options:
Select the desired options for importing. You can choose whether to import items into the existing folder or create a new folder. Click "Next."

Complete the Import:
Click "Finish" to complete the import process. If prompted, enter a password for the PST file.

View Imported Data:
Once the import is complete, you should see the imported MSG files in your Outlook folders.
