Gmail
Sign in to Gmail: Access your Gmail account using a web browser.
Export Emails: Go to the "Settings" gear icon in the top right corner and select "See all settings". Click on the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab.
Enable POP Download: Scroll down to the "POP Download" section and enable POP download for all mail or for specific labels.
Configure POP Settings: Provide the POP server address, port, and TLS/SSL settings as instructed by your email service provider.
Choose Destination: Select the option to "Keep a copy of email on Gmail" to maintain a backup in Gmail.
Save Changes: Click on the "Save Changes" button to apply the POP download settings.
Locate Backup Files: The downloaded emails will be stored in your email client's designated location for POP downloads.

Outlook.com
Sign in to Outlook.com: Access your Outlook.com account using a web browser.
Download Outlook Data File: Go to "Settings" > "View all Outlook settings" > "General". Click on "Export mailbox".
Choose Export Option: Select "OneTime Export" to create a one-time backup.
Choose Inbox: Select the "Inbox" or other folders you want to back up.
Start Export: Click on the "Next" and "Export" buttons to initiate the export process.
Save PST File: Choose a secure location on your computer to save the exported PST file.

Yahoo Mail
Sign in to Yahoo Mail: Access your Yahoo Mail account using a web browser.
Access Settings: Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select "Settings".
Manage Account: Click on "Manage Account" under the "Account Info" section.
Select "Mail" Tab: Click on the "Mail" tab in the top menu bar.
Locate "Post Office Protocol" Section: Scroll down to the "Post Office Protocol (POP)" section.
Enable POP Download: Click on the "Enable POP" button.
Configure POP Settings: Provide the POP server address, port, and SSL settings as instructed by your email service provider.
Choose Destination: Select the option to "Keep a copy of messages on Yahoo Mail" to maintain a backup in Yahoo Mail.
Save Changes: Click on the "Save" button to apply the POP download settings.
Locate Backup Files: The downloaded emails will be stored in your email client's designated location for POP downloads.
