Open Outlook:
Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

Go to File:
Click on the "File" tab in the upper-left corner.

Open & Export:
Select "Open & Export" from the left sidebar.

Import/Export:
Choose "Import/Export" to open the Import and Export Wizard.

Select 'Import from another program or file':
Choose "Import from another program or file" and click "Next."

Choose 'Outlook Data File (.pst)':
Select "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next."

Browse for the PST File:
Click on "Browse" and choose the PST file where you want to import the MSG files. If you don't have a PST file, you can create a new one.

Set Options:
Choose the appropriate options for importing. You can either import the entire PST file or select specific folders. Click "Next."

Finish the Import:
Click "Finish" to start the import process. If prompted, set options for handling duplicates.

View Imported Data:
Once the import is complete, you should see the imported MSG files in the selected Outlook folder.
