The Celo Protocol is composed of the Celo blockchain node and the Celo Core Contracts. Celo's decentralized network provides services to applications and the way nodes cooperate in order to accomplish these services. Celo is a platform acting as a global payment infrastructure for cryptocurrencies that aims to target mobile users.
