Bodybuilding newbie

As a beginner in bodybuilding, I want to know if is there a certain amount of protein that you should eat per meal or should every meal be equally balanced in protein? I eat 4 meals a day and their protein content varies.

Let us get this straight. You have to eat meat protein, and you could only absorb 30 - 40 grams each time. So you have to eat 4 - 6 times a day. Don’t waste your time if you could not afford, or cook or eat that every day.

Let me ask you a question, do you see the results of your strength training and proper balanced diet? The thing is that I also do bodybuilding, but because I have testosterone problems I can't gain the weight and the muscle shape that I need. So I started using testosterone cypionate for sale. The result was noticeable immediately. My muscles became stronger and my endurance increased. Cool product!
