Open Outlook:
Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

Create a New PST File:
Go to "File" > "Account Settings" > "Data Files" and click on "Add" to create a new PST file.

Select Data to Export:
Go to "File" > "Open & Export" > "Import/Export."

Choose 'Export to a file':
Select "Export to a file" and click "Next."

Choose 'Outlook Data File (.pst)':
Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next."

Select the OST File:
Select the OST file you want to export.

Choose Items to Export:
Choose the items you want to export. You can export the entire mailbox or select specific folders.

Specify PST File Location:
Choose the location where you want to save the PST file. You can also set options for handling duplicates.

Complete the Export:
Click "Finish" to start the export process. If your OST file is password-protected, you'll need to enter the password.

View PST File:
Once the export is complete, you'll have a PST file with the contents of your OST file.
