This whole concept of white-label P2P lending platforms is super interesting.  Seems like a great way for startups to get a foothold in the fintech space.

I'm curious about the development side of things.  The post mentions building a platform, but is it recommended for startups to have an in-house development team right away, or is it more practical to hire remote software developers?

There are pros and cons to both, I guess.  Building your own team gives you more control, but  finding and managing remote developers can be cost-effective and give you access to a wider talent pool.

What are your thoughts on this?  Any advice for startups deciding how to tackle the development aspect of creating a P2P lending platform?
