Hi! Just recently I read an interesting article about the Amazon vs eBay customer service study and I was deeply impressed that a large number of these companies' customers were not satisfied with the service they received. If we draw a conclusion from this article, then we can say that problems with the quality of customer service are not only in small businesses, large trading giants also face this problem, and despite all their efforts, it is quite difficult for them to solve such problems.
