I got implants in 2015 and my front teeth broke 3 times at $150 per tooth. Last time I was told they would keep breaking down https://clear-choice.pissedconsumer.com/review.html due to the materials they use. I was never told about it! Also, losing your Front 4 is not considered an emergency for them and you will have to wait a week to get an appointment.
