The NFT development company follows the following steps:

In an Opensea market, click on the upload button and you will get a screen; if you wish to upload one file, you can do so by clicking on the upload button but if you have a directory of files you need to upload them as CAR-Content Addressed Archive. 

To upload CAR, click on open the directory and select files, then you have to click on the download button to download the CAR file. Now all you have to do is go back to the site NFT Storage and upload the CAR file, which will upload your assets to IPFS.
